Start news welcomed at Prime Four

The news that construction will begin on the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route, which is proposed to run directly past Prime Four, has been warmly welcomed by the business park's developer, Drum Property Group.

Managing Director of Drum, Graeme Bone, commented:

"Prime Four occupies a highly strategic location adjacent to the AWPR, so we are greatly encouraged that work will commence on such an important infrastructure project for the North East of Scotland.

Construction of the new by-pass will significantly increase access to the the wider national transport network and the fastest growing airport in the UK for all of the global businesses based at Prime Four. This increased access will supplement the excellent existing links to the city and surrounding suburbs, with Prime Four being fully integrated into the Park and Ride and cycle lane facilities.

The proposed completion of the AWPR in early 2018 will assist the long term potential for Prime Four to generate many billions of pounds of economic activity for Aberdeen and anchor thousands of jobs in the city for years to come."
