Prime Four wins Scottish Property Award
Business Park named Best Development
Prime Four Business Park was named Development of the Year (Commercial Buildings) at the Scottish Property Awards 2015, held last night (5 March) at a glittering event in Edinburgh.
The awards recognise the best new commercial and public property developments in Scotland, and were celebrated at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre in front of 525 guests.
A total of 15 awards were presented including the ultimate award of the night, Scottish Property Company of the Year, won by Drum Property Group for their expansion over the last year, and for the work developing Prime Four.
Graeme Bone, Group Managing Director at Drum said,
“Prime Four continues to go from strength to strength, and we are obviously delighted for this to be recognised by the judges at the Scottish Property Awards.
“Prime Four's reputation as an International-class working environment and global business hub is firmly established, and the park plays a major role in generating significant economic activity for the north east of Scotland.”
"It is fantastic for everyone involved with Prime Four for this to be recognised at a national level, and we look forward to continuing to build on this success by welcoming further tenants to the park during the course of the next year.”
