Healthy Living with FRESH New Award

We are delighted to announce that Fresh at Prime Four have been awarded their HealthLiving Award, The HealthyLiving Award is a national award for the foodservice sector in Scotland awarded by the NHS.  

FRESH have been recognised for making a number of healthy changes over recent months, these changes are based on general principles of a healthy balanced diet and have been developed to be in keeping with Scottish dietary targets to meet specific award criteria:

– Keeping the levels of fats, oil, sugars and salt to a minimum.

– Making starchy foods the main part of most meals.

– Ensuring fruit and vegetables are clearly available.

– At least 50% of the products provided meet the award criteria.

– Supporting healthier eating with promotions in store.
