Activities Timetable

It’s never been so important for us to stay active and we are here to support and motivate you. Bringing you a range of workouts throughout the week, we hope you’ll join our trainers for our free and exclusive to all Prime Four workers classes. Our weekly schedule is

Prime Four Running Group

The lunchtime Running group meets at 12noon on a Tuesday and Thursday outside the Prime Four management building. Beginner walk/jog group meet on Wednesdays 12.15. There is an email distribution list solely for the group that offers direct communication with the other runners… and encouragement!

There are typically had 6-8 runners each day and the run is around 30 minutes. All levels of fitness are welcome to participate – no one is left behind! Our aim is to allow participants to realise the many benefits of fitting in a regular lunchtime run.

Yoga

A 60 minute dynamic style Yoga class linking breath and movement. Delivered by qualified Instructor Holly Edmonds, the class allows you to experience strong postures leaving you with improved circulation, strength, flexibility and a calm mind.

Circuits

An all over body workout using both equipment and body weight exercises. Improve your strength and cardiovascular fitness, with a timed station based format. Various options are provided to accommodate different levels of fitness. This class takes part in the Prime Four Management Studio but in nicer weather, we make use of the Fourcourt and the outdoor equipment.

Pilates

A class offering low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
