Prime Four Running Group
The lunchtime Running group meets at 12noon on a Tuesday and Thursday outside the Prime Four management building. Beginner walk/jog group meet on Wednesdays 12.15. There is an email distribution list solely for the group that offers direct communication with the other runners… and encouragement!
There are typically had 6-8 runners each day and the run is around 30 minutes. All levels of fitness are welcome to participate – no one is left behind! Our aim is to allow participants to realise the many benefits of fitting in a regular lunchtime run.
An all over body workout using both equipment and body weight exercises. Improve your strength and cardiovascular fitness, with a timed station based format. Various options are provided to accommodate different levels of fitness. This class takes part in the Prime Four Management Studio but in nicer weather, we make use of the Fourcourt and the outdoor equipment.
Nature Habitat Walk
Out in the nature at Prime Four, there’s plenty of things to see. We shed light on our local wildlife, exploring the land you share a workspace with and answer any questions you have on our monthly habitat walk. Held on the last Wednesday of every month, join us for a short walk around the park meeting at the steps in front of the the Village Hotel main entrance at 12:30.
