Workspace Shaped by a Sustainable Future. The existing designs at Prime Four provide Grade A office accommodation and are in line with BCO Best Practice Guidelines. All buildings were designed to attain a BREEAM Rating of Very Good and an EPC Rating of B+. Drum Property Group will work with future occupiers to enhance these ratings and performance levels in line with both LETI and Green Building Council best practice, ensuring flexible, net zero carbon workspaces built for a sustainable future. New offices planned for future phases will be all-electric, with heating and cooling provided via air-source heat pumps. Workspace will benefit from excellent natural light, complemented by a high-performing lighting control solution, solar shading and rooftop photovoltaic panels. All the buildings on Prime Four are smart workplaces with integrated building management systems delivering operational efficiencies and energy management. The buildings are also designed around a healthy lifestyle, taking advantage of Prime Four’s integral cycle lanes and activity-based infrastructure, offering cycle storage, shower and changing facilities, the Village Club Resort & Spa and the sports & recreation facility, The FourCourt, at the heart of the Park.
